About Vicki Weeks

Vicki relocated to Savannah, Georgia, from the Florida Keys where she provided executive management, planning, and development services for businesses and nonprofit organizations. Clients throughout Florida have benefited from her ability to effectively analyze and address organizational challenges.

President of Weeks Consulting, Vicki is currently an active member of the Georgia Center for Nonprofits professional consultants' network providing training on board governance and strategic business planning to nonprofit organizations throughout coastal Georgia. An effective coach and facilitator, Vicki also assists small and mid-sized businesses with operational and financial analysis, marketing and community relations.


Vicki's 30 years of experience in business management and nonprofit development includes 15 years as a planner, trainer, and organizational analyst. She has served as an executive in both not-for-profit and for-profit business sectors and has provided volunteer leadership for numerous nonprofit organizations in her community.


VICKI WEEKS

Early in her career Vicki fed a passion for SCUBA diving by founding Watersport People, Inc., a multi-location specialty sport business that trained hundreds of people in diving, windsurfing, and other aquatic sports.

A graduate of Southern Illinois University, Vicki continually develops her professional skills. Recent training includes programs in fund development at Rollins College and policy governance at the Carver Policy Governance Institute.
